Key Responsibilities
Quote Management & Follow-up
- Create comprehensive quotes for all Service Reports and ensure timely follow-up
- Develop quotes based on PM Audit / Inspection results and maintain consistent follow-up
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales contacts and detailed customer communication records in the company's CRM systemProactively contact customers based on Cost of Ownership and Sales reports to identify opportunities :Engage high-spending customers to offer PM programs, training solutions, and optimize stocking levels
Investigate low-spending accounts to understand barriers and identify potential opportunitiesLeverage customer history reports to identify trends and develop targeted outreach strategiesEducational Sales & Consultative Approach
Educate customers on comprehensive aftermarket offerings including Recommended Spare Parts Kits, Preventive Maintenance programs, and Training opportunitiesFocus on PM solutions for key equipment including Rollstock, Chambers, and Dip tanksCollaborate with Program Manager to ensure successful implementation and follow-through of PM programsConduct inventory reviews with customers to promote proactive maintenance strategies aimed at minimizing downtime, reducing emergency overnight shipments, and avoiding long lead time issuesBusiness Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to transition customers from reactive to proactive maintenance approachesDevelop strategies to increase customer lifetime value through strategic aftermarket solutionsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for their maintenance and operational needsEducation and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or aftermarket servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of CRM systems and sales processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze customer data and identify sales opportunitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skillsExperience with consultative selling approachesAbility to identify and resolves problems, works well in group problem solving situationsEffective verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk, listen and frequently use hands to finger, handle, type, and feel. Work Environment :
