A company is looking for a Business Development Team Lead who will manage a team of BDRs to drive growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the BDR team to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and track activities in the CRM
Design and execute outbound strategies to generate pipeline with midmarket and enterprise accounts
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a management role, preferably overseeing a BDR or sales team
2-4 years of BD / Sales experience in outbound calls and booking meetings
Familiarity with outbound sales tools, such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, or Salesloft
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated and driven individual with high energy and enthusiasm
