Division Description :

The client service team is responsible for supporting the firm in the delivery of exemplary service to a range of institutional & retail clients consisting of Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, other Corporate & Government entities and individual investors across a number of geographic locations. The firm focuses on delivering tailored client solutions and it places a high degree of importance on the client’s experience, therefore, the team’s performance is critical to the success of the business as a whole.

As a member of the Insight Client Service Team, this is a dynamic and pivotal role supporting the relationship management and client servicing efforts of our client base. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of institutional & retail clients, have strong organization skills, and a proactive & team-focused attitude. This position requires the candidate to be able to work independently and contribute as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, strict attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines are necessary attributes for this position. This position will benefit those candidates that are self-motivated with high energy and strong problem-solving skills.

Position Description :

This role will work closely with the teams across the business and will add value by being proactive in seeking ways to create efficiencies and implement processes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in account onboardings, client change activities and offboarding’s with the Insight BNYM and Northern Trust teams in order to meet client timelines and expectations
  • Assist in the processing of cashflows, account changes, custodial changes, new instrument setups and client communications
  • Assist in the completion of ad hoc reporting, periodic client & consultant due diligence questionnaires and annual audits in line with required deadlines
  • Assist in the completion of ongoing KYC / AML reviews
  • Assist in the update and maintenance of client information in Salesforce
  • File and organize client documentation into Insight central folders
  • Assist with client meeting preparation
  • Work in line with agreed team procedures
  • Demonstrate risk awareness and focus on delivering an appropriate control framework around client servicing
  • Help manage ad hoc projects which may require coordinating with other areas of the firm.

Experience Required :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, credible and capable in meetings and discussions
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Ability to problem solve to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Proven effective use of resources – delegation but retention of responsibility
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum Education BS / BA with minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the investment management industry.
