Division Description :
The client service team is responsible for supporting the firm in the delivery of exemplary service to a range of institutional & retail clients consisting of Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, other Corporate & Government entities and individual investors across a number of geographic locations. The firm focuses on delivering tailored client solutions and it places a high degree of importance on the client’s experience, therefore, the team’s performance is critical to the success of the business as a whole.
As a member of the Insight Client Service Team, this is a dynamic and pivotal role supporting the relationship management and client servicing efforts of our client base. The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of institutional & retail clients, have strong organization skills, and a proactive & team-focused attitude. This position requires the candidate to be able to work independently and contribute as part of a team. Strong analytical skills, strict attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines are necessary attributes for this position. This position will benefit those candidates that are self-motivated with high energy and strong problem-solving skills.
