Snow Removal Specialist

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Part-Time or Full-Time / Seasonal Snow Removal Specialist in Cedar Rapids, IA to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This position has the opportunity to become a full-time Lawn Care Specialist in the spring. Are you looking for a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business ? $18 / hr - $25 / hr is the average pay you can earn including incentives and overtime opportunities . Starting wage is $18+ / hr. As a specialist, you can significantly increase your average hourly pay by earning significant weekly performance-based incentives . The majority of our specialists earn bonuses each week, and our top-performing specialists make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance-based bonuses alone. In addition, overtime opportunities are frequently available. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAWN CARE SPECIALIST

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy spending your working day outdoors in various weather conditions. You will typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs). You consult with both residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your exceptional customer service skills and comprehensive training enable you to ensure that your customers are happy with their property and your services.

You will drive company vehicles to customer locations, where you work to efficiently provide lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree / shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. Because of your dedication and ability to easily build rapport, your customers know they can depend on you and our company for their lawn and landscape care needs. You will love helping your customers achieve the lawn and landscape of their dreams!

You don't need to know everything about lawn care or the above topics, but having the willingness to make a difference for our customers will be helpful. We are excited to teach you everything you need to know to be successful, as long as you are open to learning and growing with us. That being said if you've had previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower, then this position might be a good fit for you.

WINTER WORK SCHEDULE

We're looking for reliable team members for the snow removal season, and we offer flexible scheduling to suit your availability! If you're available 24 / 7 and can work whenever it snows, this could be a perfect fit. But even if you have other commitments, we can work around your schedule so you can still be a part of our team. Or, if you'd prefer a backup role, we can put you on our reserve list and reach out when we need extra help. No matter your availability, we'd love to have you apply and work with us this season!
