Certified Coding Specialist

A company is looking for a Physician Practice AR Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivables and follow up on outstanding claims

Ensure compliance with payer filing deadlines and regulatory guidelines

Utilize coding knowledge to resolve claims management issues

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; certification or training preferred

Preferred certifications include CPC-A, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, or NCIS

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required

Knowledge of physician billing and compliance guidelines

Understanding of ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT-4, and associated modifiers
