IDEA Law Group, LLC is 100% women owned, operated, and controlled multistate law firm with a robust creditor's rights practice. This position requires an attorney licensed in California and is a hybrid position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creditors' Rights Attorney licensed in California with a minimum of 3 years of practice in key areas including :
- Judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
- Litigation involving secured transactions, lien enforcement, and related disputes
- Vehicle recovery, including impounds and replevins
- Unlawful detainer / evictions
- Bankruptcy proceedings (Ch. 7, 11, and 13) on behalf of creditors
- Real estate title curative work
Qualifications :
Active California Bar membership in good standingAt least 3 years of experience in creditors' rights and related litigationStrong understanding of applicable state and federal laws;Courtroom experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and appearing in hearings;Highly organized, efficient, and digitally fluent;Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision and able to work with a team;Excellent legal writing and communication skills;Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Preferred Experience :
Representation of institutional lenders or loan servicersFamiliarity with title and lien priority issuesComfort with technology and legal case management platformsWe Offer :
