Job descriptionMust have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical manufacturing experience is a plus). Not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers / handlers, or Amazon experience. Must be flexible to work an 8 or 9-hour shift. Shift hours could start as early as 5am and end as late as 6am, or start as late as 1 : 30pm and end as late as 2 : 30pm. Must pass an eye exam and color vision test. Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions. Comfortable using microscopes. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and interpret information. Basic math skills : ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel. Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours a day. Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull. Must possess visual acuity, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift / carry items less than 50 pounds. During the intake call, inquire about any upcoming vacations or days off the candidate may need.
