Job Description :

  • This is a pool recruitment to hire 40 Operators between January and March.
  • Successful candidates will be hired through a new job posting / WO.

Requirements :

  • Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers / handlers, or Amazon experience.
  • Must be flexible to work an 8 or 9-hour shift.
  • Shift hours could start as early as 5am and end as late as 6am, or start as late as 1 : 30pm and end as late as 2 : 30pm.
  • Must pass an eye exam and color vision test.
  • Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions.
  • Comfortable using microscopes.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
  • Basic math skills : ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel.
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
  • Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull.
  • Must possess visual acuity, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift / carry items less than 50 pounds.
