Our Service Advisors help our customers get the most out of their vehicle ownership experience by advising of necessary maintenance and repairs to keep their car running like new. As a Service Advisor at Chapman youll own the client experience from the moment they arrive in the service lane to the completion of services. The Service Advisor will work closely with customers and technicians and reports to the Service Management team.

Schedule confirm and prepare for customer appointments ensuring an efficient service experienceDetermine vehicle needs based on customer feedback vehicle inspection and current mileageProduce repair orders for customers including cost and time estimates with full transparencyCommunicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of workFollow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of serviceDesired Qualifications and Experience :
A minimum of 2 years of previous automotive service advisor experience requiredExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills both in person and over the phoneGeneral computer skills are essentialStrong time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve sales goalsMust have a valid drivers license and clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenHours and Work Environment
Our Service Department is open Monday Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position and requires working both indoors and outdoors in the Service Drive.
