Ability to ship production-ready code quickly while maintaining high standards. Strong product intuition and problem-solving skills. Ownership mindset and excitement about working in an early-stage, high-velocity startup. Bonus : Experience building financial systems or SaaS products. What You Will Do
- Build & Ship Fast - Develop core financial systems, integration pipelines, and analytics dashboards.
- Full-Stack Ownership - Implement and maintain features across front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Python) systems.
- Product-Driven Engineering - Collaborate with team members to design user-centric experiences for complex financial workflows.
- Scalability & Performance - Architect systems to handle real-time, high-volume financial data.
- High-Velocity Execution - Operate in a fast-moving startup environment where iteration and impact matter.
