Seasonal Brand Ambassador | The Grove (Los Angeles)

Overview

The Grove Seasonal Brand Ambassador will promote the companys image in a positive manner to customers by delivering a superior customer service experience. They will support sales through handling walk in clients on the sales floor, gaining product knowledge, and maintaining full compliance with the operating standards, policies and procedures of David Yurman.

Full-time opportunities are available. The role is expected to start in or around late September 2025 and end by January 2026. Flexibility needed to work non-traditional hours, especially nights, weekends and holidays.

• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve teams sales targets
• Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority
• Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00-$24.00 / hour, plus commission.
