About Your Role

As a Bilingual Account Manager on the Merchant Services team at Fiserv, you will be the primary operational contact for mid?market merchant clients, ensuring service continuity and driving client satisfaction. You will manage escalations, coordinate cross?functional resources, and identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and revenue retention.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of mid?market merchant clients, overseeing day?to?day operational relationships and ensuring contracted deliverables are met.
• Serve as primary point of contact for complex, urgent and escalated operational issues; coordinate internal teams to drive timely resolution.
• Identify and facilitate cross?sell and upsell opportunities, working with Relationship Managers and sales channels to enable implementations and activations.
• Support pricing, reconciliation, add?on locations, POS upgrades, and POS escalations both proactively and reactively.
• Monitor and analyze clients' processing environments to recommend operational efficiencies and cost?saving solutions.
• Create and maintain accurate client profiles, contract records, and communication logs.
• Provide client education, training, and onboarding support as required.
• Assist Relationship Managers with operational support needs for larger enterprise clients, including funding and reconciling inquiries.
