Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires someone who can serve as the face of the company , work independently in the office with one or more attorneys daily, and manage critical litigation tasks with precision. MUST BE in office 5 days a week in Boston.

- Exceptional proofreading and document assembly skills
- Experience drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Proficiency in Westlaw for legal research
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation support.
- Strong ability to work overtime when required, including flexibility to accommodate short-notice requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and PACER.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and professionalism under pressure.
