Job description

As an Accounting and Finance Talent Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent within the accounting and finance sector. You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and finance leadership to develop strategies for talent acquisition, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and support initiatives for employee development and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for talent management.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Strategy :  Collaborate with HR and finance leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the accounting and finance field, including proactive sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement initiatives.

Candidate Assessment :  Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for accounting and finance roles within the organization.

Talent Pipeline Management :  Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future accounting and finance positions, leveraging networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.

Market Research :  Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition and talent management within the accounting and finance sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform recruitment strategies.

Employee Development :  Partner with finance leadership to identify training and development opportunities for accounting and finance professionals, supporting initiatives for career growth, skill enhancement, and succession planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, terminology, and job functions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
