Licensed Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance and support to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate legal guidance and recommendations on all company matters

Support the company through Trust & Safety incident responses

Negotiate, create, review, and execute agreements and contracts necessary for business operations

Required Qualifications

Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Bar Admission in good standing

7+ years of legal experience in an edtech corporate environment

Executive presence and ability to represent the company internally and externally

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
