The Role :

Due to continued growth across our partner group we are seeking a 2022 / 2023 Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes with a focus on business litigation shareholder disputes and executive compensation matters. The successful candidate will work alongside high-profile partners whilst taking on meaningful responsibility in complex litigation matters.

We are flexible on location in the US as we offer remote working.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting active discovery processes
• Drafting responses to document requests
• Preparing depositions and drafting motions
• Research projects
• Assisting with document review processes
