Job Summary :
The Concrete Foreman supervises and directs daily concrete construction activities on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate crews and materials effectively.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead concrete crews in tasks such as formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly maintained.
- Monitor job progress and communicate with the Superintendent about any issues or delays.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper concrete placement and finishing techniques.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
Hourly Range is $33 / hour-$37 / hour

3+ years of experience in concrete construction.Strong leadership and crew management skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.Experience with formwork, rebar installation, pouring, and finishing techniques.Knowledge of construction safety regulations.OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.Valid driver's license.Physical Requirements : (Each to have one of the following based on the position : Never, Rarely, Occasionally, Constantly)
