Perpetual leverages our vast network throughout the cannabis, distribution, manufacturing and retail industries to bring a high level of quality to our customers.Job Title: Cultivation TechnicianPay: $19-20 / hourJob Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MAExpected Hours: 40 hours / week | Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)Benefits:●Employee discount●Health insurance●Paid time offPrimary Responsibilities:●Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming●Inspecting the plants●Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing●Reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste●Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery●Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines●Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks●Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials●Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and trimming●Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process●Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating proceduresJob Requirements and Preferences●Must be 21+ or older●At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment is preferred●Experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment●Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness●Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs●Excellent attention to detail●Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds●Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus●Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements●Professional and respectful attitude towards others●High school diploma or equivalent
