Position : General Cleaner

Job Summary :

Elite Touch Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Cleaners . In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other shared spaces
  • Empty trash receptacles , replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or supply issues
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

    • Requirements :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness
  • Must be able to pass a background check

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills :

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Dependability and Integrity must be a team player
  • Adaptability, be able to change tasks or outside normal duties.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and time management, must be able to manage their time well to make sure all duties are completed on time

    • Education and previous experience

  • Do not need to have a high school diploma / GED or High School Diploma, but preferred.
  • Prior experience preferred, but not required

    • Physical Requirements :

    Must be able to perform physical movements necessary to execute the necessary functions and tasks of the job. The Work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree.Stand 98% of the time, Walk 98% of the time. Some movement that this job may consist on :

  • Climbing - Ascending or descending using feet, legs, hands and arms.
  • Balancing - Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow,slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.
  • Stooping - Bending body downward and forward.
  • Kneeling - Bending legs at knees to come to rest on knee or knees
  • Reaching - Extending Hands and arms in any direction.
  • Handling - Holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hands.

    • Most be able to lift,push and pull up to 20 lbs and carry 10-or more feet

    Work Environment :

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to some vision requirements, and environment conditions that may include :

  • Near Acuity- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
  • Color Vision- Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Field of Vision- Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right and left while eyes are fixed on a given point. Use this factor when job performance requires a large area while keeping the eyes fixed.
  • Noise- Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds.
  • Vibration- Exposure to a shaking object or surface.
  • Confined / Restricted Working Environment- Work is performed in a close, locked facility providing safety and security.
