Bloom Talent Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing commercial landscape construction firm that is scaling its operations across the Las Vegas metro market.

With a strong backlog of multi-million-dollar projects and a rapidly expanding pipeline the company is seeking a seasoned Landscape Construction Superintendent to take full ownership of field execution project delivery and crew performance.

This is a highly visible business-critical role responsible for leading 10 crews managing 67 concurrent construction projects and restoring efficiency quality and profitability in a division with significant growth ahead.

If you are a hands-on field leader with deep irrigation and installation expertise this role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact position with long-term upward mobility.
