Associate Attorney - Construction and Real Estate

• Position Summary :

JBP has an immediate opening for an associate attorney in its Construction and Real Estate practice group. In this role, you will play an integral role in cases from inception through trial, including research, drafting, disclosures, and discovery.

This role is ideal for candidates exploring construction attorney jobs or real estate attorney jobs in the Colorado area.

We value strong writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to set priorities and adapt to changes, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of court rules is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in litigation and / or transactions. This position will also require a willingness to perform both transactional work and litigation.
