A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Onboarding - Financial Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CFO-level client meetings and deliver proactive solutions
Design and implement scalable processes for client onboarding
Manage, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
6-8 years in accounting or financial management
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficient in financial close and cloud-based systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
