Service Advisor

Merx Truck & Trailer is a chain of heavy-duty repair shops servicing truck fleets. You will keep the bays full. Keep the techs moving. Keep the customers coming back.

What You’ll Do

Own the front desk acting as a service advisor
Take inbound customer inquiries, write estimates and convert them into jobs
Keep techs busy and customers updated - no surprises, no excuses
Success is measured based on revenue you generate

Compensation

$75,000 OTE Year 1 ($55,000 base + commissions)

Benefits - PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(K)

Location

Channahon, IL (100% onsite)

You’ve been in a shop before - truck, diesel, auto, fleet, etc

You can manage 10 things at once without dropping the ball

You’re tech-savvy enough to use shop software
