Service Advisor

Merx Truck & Trailer is a chain of heavy-duty repair shops servicing truck fleets. You will keep the bays full. Keep the techs moving. Keep the customers coming back.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the front desk acting as a service advisor
  • Take inbound customer inquiries, write estimates and convert them into jobs
  • Keep techs busy and customers updated - no surprises, no excuses
  • Success is measured based on revenue you generate

Compensation

  • $75,000 OTE Year 1 ($55,000 base + commissions)
  • Benefits - PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(K)

    • Location

  • Channahon, IL (100% onsite)

    • Requirements

  • You close business. You follow through. You get signoffs. You don’t let jobs stall
  • You know trucks. You know people.
  • You’ve been in a shop before - truck, diesel, auto, fleet, etc
  • You can manage 10 things at once without dropping the ball
  • You’re tech-savvy enough to use shop software
