Jack Laurie Group is expanding and we are actively seeking high-quality Tile Subcontractors who take pride in craftsmanship professionalism and consistent communication. We complete a wide variety of commercial tile projectsschools healthcare facilities office buildings industrial spaces retail environments government facilities and more. We keep our subcontractors busy and aim to develop long-standing mutually beneficial relationships.

We pay agreed-upon labor amounts per job and all materials are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and execute work orders according to project scope and specifications

Install commercial tile systems including ceramic porcelain mosaic and specialty tiles

Maintain clean safe and organized work areas

Inspect work for precision accuracy and overall quality

Communicate effectively with project managers site supervisors and other trades

Follow all safety policies procedures and site requirements

Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a commercial tile installer or tile subcontractor

Strong knowledge of tile setting tools equipment leveling systems and layout best practices

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks : lifting heavy tile boxes kneeling bending climbing ladders and standing for long periods

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Reliable communication and strong interpersonal skills

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Liability insurance required ; workers comp strongly preferred

Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
