Wholesale Loan Documentation Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Documentation Specialist III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Produce and ensure compliance of loan documentation for Wholesale Banking

Review credit approvals and organizational documents to verify compliance and documentation needs

Act as a subject matter expert in loan documentation and prepare necessary legal documentation for transactions

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 5 years of bank operations or business lending experience

Banking / accounting / finance experience preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field preferred

Knowledge of escrow, title, real estate closing, and lien perfection
