Job Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and workers
• Serve as the main point of contact between subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project manager
• Manage construction schedules to avoid delays and meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to plans and specifications
• Maintain daily logs of site activities, delays, incidents, and inspections
• Monitor labor and material costs to stay within budget.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years (really open to sending all levels, but they need to have run work on their own or big pieces of larger work)
• Ground up work in Commercial, Education, Multi-fam, Industrial (over $5M+ - retail would not be a great fit)
• OSHA 30

What's on Offer

• Base Salary : $100k-$150k (based on experience)
• Gas card for local KC travel
• 2-3 weeks vacation
• Car allowance
