About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Care Practitioner

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Specialty : RRT-NICU

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour; Day 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 2-3 years with at least 1 year PICU or Pediatric CVICU assistance

License : RRT credential; pending state license permitted

Certifications : BLS, PALS, RRT

Must-Have : Strong candidates may be considered for straight night shifts

Description :

This position requires 36 hours per week worked as three 12-hour shifts.

The shift rotation is based on department needs.

There may be a change requiring rotation between days and nights within the same week.

Efforts will be made to limit such rotations unless requested by staff.

Travel experience is not required for this position.

Candidates are expected to have experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care Units and Pediatric Critical Care.

The role involves working with a patient population ranging from premature infants to adults.

Ideal candidates should be familiar with Nitric Oxide therapy and critical care procedures.

Professional references must be provided from previous employment settings, with two references from different facilities required.
