Job description
The full-time Import Export Specialist will manage international shipment compliance and document accuracy, ensuring adherence to U.S. import regulations while collaborating with customs brokers and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with U.S. import rules and regulations and manage import clearance with customs brokers Research product classifications and assess duty determinations, maintaining accurate recordkeeping Consult with various departments to ensure timely and accurate import deliveries and address U.S. Customs inquiries Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or business equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in Import Trade Compliance Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with U.S. Customs compliance requirements and customs clearance processes Unrestricted work authorization for the U.S
