Supporting the Compliance Department, the full-time remote Compliance Coordinator will manage corporate compliance activities, assist with regulatory filings, and provide training on accreditation standards. Key responsibilities Assist with management of the corporate compliance program and provide timely updates to leadership Prepare and submit state and accrediting body filings, applications, and reports Support internal and external audits, including data gathering and follow-up on corrective action plans Required qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or managed care Strong knowledge of managed care and utilization review accreditation standards, including URAC and NCQA High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in compliance and/or quality improvement activities within a healthcare organization preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word; competency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
