Senior Designer

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Designer will focus on information architecture, user research, and product design, ensuring the delivery of a large, content-rich digital portal while mentoring team members and collaborating with government stakeholders. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the portal's information architecture, including navigation, site maps, and user flows Plan and conduct user research to inform design decisions and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations Create and maintain design deliverables such as wireframes and prototypes, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent experience in place of education Demonstrated experience conducting user research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data 2+ years of experience focused on information architecture with a portfolio showcasing relevant work Experience designing for large, complex digital portals or applications Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or Miro
