To support the billing team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist will ensure accurate claims submission, resolve edits and rejections efficiently, and enhance revenue cycle processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Employ continuous improvement efforts to enhance key performance metrics within the revenue cycle Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and analyze patient accounts to identify root causes of denials and develop corrective action plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings to identify workflow improvements and policy updates Required qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience Claim, Denial, and/or process auditing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
