Business Analyst II

Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time Business Analyst II will identify implementation barriers, gather user requirements, and perform detailed project analysis while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support business initiatives by analyzing data and conducting user acceptance testing of new systems Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance operational reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Project management experience preferred Strong business acumen with an understanding of clinical and operational needs Experience with project coordination and requirements gathering
