Role Purpose :

• The Cluster Commercial Director is the owner of the cluster P&L together with the Cluster Operations Director
• They / you are the primary responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of Sibelco's commercial and growth strategy and manage the overall sales and marketing activities for the cluster
• They / you along with the Cluster Operations Director, are an integral part of the cluster management team managing the Cluster performance (Cluster = group of plants in a defined geographic area)
• The Cluster Commercial Director will steer the cluster sales to achieve maximum profitable growth and sales goals (volume, net sales and Gross Margin) in line with Sibelco's vision, strategic objectives and policies
