Agency Partner Manager
We're seeking an Agency Partner Manager to take our growing agency partner program to the next level. In this role, you'll guide agencies through every stage of the partner journey, from prospecting and activation to expansion and long-term growth, with a focus on driving sourced revenue and deepening relationships with our key agency partners. With a strong foundation of engaged partners, a healthy pipeline of pre-activation agencies, and a rapidly growing partner program, you'll have the opportunity to build on this momentum and help the partner team scale to the next level.

Compensation Band
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 30% of base salary, bringing total on-target earnings (OTE) to approximately $149,000 to $169,000. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
