To support strategic growth and clinical operations, the full-time salaried State Licensed Associate General Counsel will provide legal advice on healthcare operations, compliance, and risk management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide practical legal advice to senior leaders and physicians on healthcare operations and compliance matters Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including physician employment and vendor contracts Advise on healthcare regulatory issues and support growth initiatives such as acquisitions and physician recruitment Required qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare settings Strong experience with healthcare contracting and regulatory compliance Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to legal advice Ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial healthcare organization
