Position : Customer Care / Feedback Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care / Feedback Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall customer experience.

Please note : This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States. Were unable to consider applications from outside the U.S. at this time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key findings to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care and feedback management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or feedback analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
