Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global recruiting strategy while adapting to local markets

Drive workforce planning and talent strategy in partnership with leadership

Lead and grow a recruiting team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in leadership roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies

Experience in scaling recruiting teams and building infrastructure for high growth

Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and AI-powered sourcing platforms

Global recruiting experience with an understanding of international hiring practices

Remote-first leadership experience with a track record of managing distributed teams
