We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to join our team at Clinica Medical Familiar, located in Riverside, California. Compensation & Benefits Package

• Annual Base Salary : $265,000
• Productivity Bonus : $48,000 annually, based on performance metrics
• Sign-on Bonus : $40,000
• CME Allowance : $1,000 per year for continuing medical education expenses
• Paid Time Off (PTO) :
• 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Moving Expenses : Up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement
• License & DEA Fee Coverage
• Holidays : 7 paid holidays per year
• Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
