Pre-Funding QC Specialist

A company is looking for a Pre-Funding QC Specialist to analyze mortgage loans for compliance prior to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-funding loan analysis to ensure compliance with requirements

Complete loan audits professionally and communicate findings effectively

Stay updated on regulatory changes and maintain knowledge of underwriting guidelines

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related quality control or equivalent experience

Proficient in appraisal requirements and mortgage loan fraud detection

Ability to manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Familiarity with Encompass is desirable
