Project Manager

Salary Range : $84,300 – $111,000

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple small to midsized architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have market sector expertise, sound business acumen, aesthetic sensitivity, and a high level of technical competency.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects from inception through completion.

Prepare strategic plans to ensure project success, aligning with client expectations and project goals.

Coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution.

Serve as the primary client liaison, managing relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Oversee client budgets, schedules, and programs, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project documentation, communication, team assignments, and office administrative tasks related to the project.

Estimate fees, define scope of work, and prepare detailed project proposals.

Requirements :

Proven experience in architectural project management.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.

Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Market sector experience required; familiarity with diverse project types is a plus.
