Designing and leading cloud adoption initiatives, the full-time Google Cloud Architect will translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective Google Cloud solutions while working in a large-scale enterprise IT environment. Key responsibilities Design and architect cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with a Microservices/SOA framework and produce implementation-ready documentation Define and publish cloud policies, design patterns, and reference architectures for consistent solutions Champion cultural change and communicate cloud strategies to stakeholders at all levels to facilitate cloud adoption Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 13 years of IT experience or 17 years of IT experience without a degree Active Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Certification required Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling solutions on Google Cloud Ability to integrate GCP with SaaS and on-premise platforms Current knowledge of AI and industry trends applied to modernize software delivery practices
