Job descriptionProfessional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to climb ladders / roofs and lift 50+ lbs Valid driver’s license & clean driving record $18 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) + Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $200–$300 / week) Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+ Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)

Roofing Project Manager – $18 / hr + Commission | $55K–$60K+
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Take progress photos and update project records
- Help with inspections when needed
- Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track
