What youll do :

• Lead Full Cycle Recruiting : Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings. Source candidates through various databases and using Boolean search techniques. Cultivate 6-10 hires a quarter.
• Deliver a Best in Class Candidate Experience : Develop effective and creative outreach strategies to reach your target candidate audience. Ensure that every candidate has an excellent experience interacting with the Polly team regardless of if they received an offer or not.
• Drive Internal Alignment : Communicate persuasively in writing and over the phone to candidates, hiring managers and human resource partners. Ensure organized, accurate and effective communication to all parties throughout the recruiting process.
• Process Focused : Ensure compliance throughout the recruiting and hiring process with all applicable policies, procedures and laws.
