Production Specialist

Kingsway Christian Church, a thriving, large church on the west side of Indianapolis, is looking for a Production Specialist (25 hours) to support our Production Ministry. This role is your chance to contribute to impactful worship experiences and help our team shine!

What You'll Do :

• Support the Production Manager in implementing strategies and weekly ministry duties
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades
• Program graphics and manage AVL systems for weekly worship services
• Support outside events and special projects as needed
• Ensure all documentation and processes are organized and ready for volunteers
