PEAK Receptionist

This position is being filled through OUs PEAK Temporary Staffing Service.

ISE is looking to hire a part-time employee for a receptionist starting December 1st from 9 AM to 3 PM. This will only last a few weeks.

The responsibilities for this role will include :

Greeting and directing guests entering the school

Assisting faculty and students by directing them to the appropriate departments based on their inquiries

Accepting packages and mail for ISE

Distributing supplies to faculty and students as needed

Signing keys in and out for students and faculty members

Help office staff when needed

Required : High School Diploma or GED; AND :

24 months office clerical or administrative experience.

• Knowledge of office procedures
• General office and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel and Word)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• Must be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Ability to multitask be organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to travel between work sites as needed

Working Conditions :

Standard office environment.

Sit for prolonged effectively and in repetitive of computer and stoop bend and reach.
