Your Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will :

• Provide culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans, upholding the highest professional standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists, to provide holistic mental health care.
