Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Phoenix, AZ. The Customer Support Rep will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing quality customer service, and troubleshooting issues as needed. Day to Day will be going to customers offices and interacting and attending events.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of roofing or construction industry is a plus
