Permanent Position | 7 On / 7 Off Day Shifts | Rural NY

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center . This permanent role offers a structured block schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Role Overview :

Schedule : 7 on / 7 off (day shifts)
Manage inpatient admissions, ongoing patient care, and discharge planning
Collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care
Document care accurately using EMR and follow hospital protocols
