Financial Analyst

Our client, a fast-growing company backed by a leading private equity firm, is seeking a highly analytical and polished Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is eager to make a strategic impact through financial insights and performance analysis.

Responsibilities :

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions

Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for internal and investor audiences

Support operational initiatives and ad hoc financial projects

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

1+ year of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or consulting

Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

Strong communication skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment is a plus
